Communication Customer Terms
The agreement documents linked below set forth the terms and conditions applicable to products or services sold by Motorola Solutions and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Notwithstanding the agreement documents linked here, if a sale is made pursuant to another definitive customer contract agreed to and executed by both you and Motorola Solutions, or the sale is made pursuant to another mutually executed agreement already in effect, then such executed agreement will govern your purchase of products and services.
Standard Terms for Products and Services
Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement (MCA 2.0) - Primary agreement applicable to all purchases other than SaaS-only purchases which are subject to the Subscription Services Agreement below. MCA v2.0 supersedes previous versions of the MCA and combines the following addenda: Equipment Purchase and Software License, Communication System, Subscription Software, Software Products, Professional Services, and Maintenance, Support and Lifecycle Management.
Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement Canada – primary agreement applicable to all purchases in Canada other than SaaS-only purchases which are subject to the Subscription Services Agreement below
Equipment Purchase and Software License Addendum – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all equipment or non-subscription software sold
Equipment Purchase and Software License Addendum Canada – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all equipment or non-subscription software sold in Canada.
Communication System Addendum (CSA) – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all Communications Systems sold
Maintenance, Support and Lifecycle Management Addendum – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all Motorola Solutions Communication System combined maintenance and lifecycle management services sold
Maintenance Support Addendum – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all Motorola Solutions Communication System maintenance services sold
Lifecycle Management Addendum – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all Motorola Solutions Communication System lifecycle management services sold
Transport Connectivity Addendum – terms supplemental to the MCA when regulated services are being offered by Motorola Solutions Connectivity, Inc.
Subscription Software Addendum – terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all subscription software sold.
Professional Services Addendum - terms supplemental to the Motorola Solutions Customer Agreement for all Professional Services sold.
End User Terms
End User Agreement – applicable to all end-users who purchase Motorola Solutions subscription software through a reseller
Terms and Conditions Archive
Archive – terms and conditions applicable to products or services sold by Motorola Solutions and its wholly-owned subsidiaries up to the expiration date noted.

Third-Party Software Flow-Downs - Additional legal terms applicable to certain third-party software included in Motorola Solutions products
