1.         The “Promoter” is Motorola Solutions UK Limited, a registered company with offices at; Viables Industrial Estate, Jays Close, Basingstoke, Hampshire, RG22 4PD, United Kingdom. The “Entrant” is any individual that submits an entry to the Competition. The “Competition” is this Motorola Solutions PMRExpo 2015 Accessory Competition.

2.1.    The Promoter reserves the right not to consider entries if the Entrant submitting them does not conform to the requirements specified in these terms and conditions.

2.2.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry to the Competition.

2.3.    Employees of Motorola Solutions UK Limited or any affiliated company, its agencies, their families, or anyone professionally associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter. Entries by agents or any party acting on behalf of the Entrant will not be accepted.

2.4.    There is a maximum of 1 (one) entry per Entrant.
