Motorola Solutions has taken an important step in expanding our global Managed & Support Services business by acquiring Interexport in Chile.
Interexport delivers mission- and operation-critical voice and data communications to public safety, government and enterprise customers across Chile.
The powerful combination of Motorola Solutions' 90 years of experience as a global leader in mission-critical communications and Interexport’s proven managed services capabilities will give public safety agencies and commercial enterprises in Chile an innovative set of solutions and services to help improve communications in critical missions and operations.
The acquisition demonstrates Motorola Solutions’ commitment to growing our Managed & Support Services business worldwide and managing increasingly complex communications networks, built on multiple technologies, for our customers.
We will build on Interexport’s proven network and service delivery platform to expand and diversify our Managed & Support Services business both in Chile and across Latin America, giving customers a new level of innovative solutions and services to help improve communications in critical operations.
