How to Register
HOW TO REGISTER-CUSTOMERS
The Learning Management System (LMS)
The LMS is your valuable resource to see the latest courses, descriptions, requirements, dates and locations. If you are a Motorola Solutions Customer who already has a Motorola User ID, you can go to the “Enroll in a Course” section for further instructions.
If You Need To Set Up A New User Account And Password Start Here
Step 1
Create a Motorola Solutions User ID
• Visit: https://myaccount.motorolasolutions.com
• Click the "Register" link at the bottom right of the Log In box
• Complete all the mandatory fields including User ID, Password and Security Questions/Responses. We strongly encourage you to use your work email address, e.g., name@company.com as your User ID
• Click the "Submit" button
• Within 30 minutes you will receive a welcome e-mail requesting that you verify your account
Step 2
Activate Your Motorola User Id
• Access your e-mail account
• Open the e-mail with the subject heading "Please Confirm Your Registration with Motorola Solutions" from the inbox
• Click the "Verify Now" link provided in the e-mail message
• Enter your User ID and Password
• Your membership account has been activated
Step 3
Access Learning Management System (LMS)
• Open the LMS homepage at: https://learning.motorolasolutions.com
• Enter your User ID/Email and Password
• Click "Log In"
• Find your name at the top right corner of the page.
• Roll over your name and click "Logout"
• NOTE: At this point you will have access to the PUBLIC training domain only and will not be able to view/enroll in any courses. You must complete Step 4 in order to be placed in the correct training domains.
Step 4
Set Your Training Domain(s)
• You will need to contact the Learning Helpdesk to be placed in your specific training domain
• Email or call the Learning Helpdesk at: +44 (0) 203 0277 499 with the following information:
• Name (First and Last)
• Motorola Solutions User ID
• Company Name
• Account number (if available)
• Required Training Curriculum
• Within 24 hours you will have access to the Learning Management System (LMS) courses available to you in your assigned domains
Step 5
• Log in to the LMS: https://learning.motorolasolutions.com
• Enter your User ID/Email
• Enter your Password (If you need to reset your password or forgot it, click on the Forgot/Reset Password link
• Click "Log In"
• Navigate to the Training Catalog link
• All Instructor-Led courses and E-Learning are available here
• Select relevant course and click "Enroll" to begin

POLICIES
Cancellation and Rescheduling by the Student:
Customer cancellation or rescheduling made less than 30 days prior to the class start date will be subject to the full course tuition.
Cancellation and Rescheduling by Motorola Solutions
Motorola Solutions reserves the right to change or cancel classes up to 10 business days prior to the class start date. You will be notified at that time of such change or cancellation.
Lodging and Meals:
• Students are responsible for their own hotel arrangements and meals
• There is a full service cafeteria offering an assortment of selections for breakfast and lunch at the Training Center
Professionalism:
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct and dress at all times. Class dress is casual, but smart. For safety and security reasons, we cannot permit shorts, thong type sandals, or tank tops in the classroom.
Laptop Requirements:
Some of our classes may require students to bring their laptops to the classroom so that they may utilize an electronic copy of the class material. Please review your enrollment confirmation email for specific requirements for your class.

All of Motorola Solutions training classes are designed to support and align with the Motorola Solutions Service strategy for each product. This strategy may include a combination of (but not limited to) processes, procedures, recommendations, and instructor experiential advice which may involve repair, replacement, and or recovery of hardware, software, or firmware of Motorola Solutions products. The repair, replacement, or recovery of these products may vary from product to product. Motorola Solutions reserves the right to change the structure and content of all courses at any time.
Motorola Solutions reviews the costs associated with the delivery of training on a quarterly basis. It is suggested that participants visit the Motorola Solutions Learning Management System (LMS) for up-to-the-minute tuition and all course or certification information. Check this website often or log into the LMS for the most up to date information.
