The ASTRO ® 25 Packet Data Gateway (PDG) is a modular platform designed to link wireline Internet Protocol (IP) data networks to ASTRO 25 Trunked or conventional Integrated Voice and Data or HPD system.

Provides a voice signal by combining the best signal received by multiple sites in a Multisite (simulcast) ASTRO 25 Network.

This controller maintains constant communication between the Radio Network Gateway and base stations for optimal network performance.
